Please, I came to the Court because I am having a civil problem with Jeffrey Baird Funk.

 

In our Court process so far there are filings of

 

TDR# 0000666, RQUEST for Jeffrey Baird Funk to stay away from me and my home environment and property.

 

Additionally, Jeffrey Baird Funk’s last minute decision to file a TDR# 0000670 on me to stay away from him and my home environment and property.

 

If one did not know us, one could assume it to be plausible that pe would be an amicable answer to the issue.

 

I bring sincere, consistent, ON=GOING, proven harmful stories with Damaging Effects of my own to show

REASONS, I DO NOT AGREE

 

Please,

 

I am not acting out of hostile or irrational judgment

and I do not know how to help myself.

 

In current topic, {TDR#0000666 and TDR#0000670} there is a hearing

10/31/14.

I will bring my documents that I have thus far.

I want to answer Jeff Baird Funk questions/comments.

I want to answer his witnesses questions/comments.

Both with accuracy and with out irrational judgments.

I have been working with care and diligence to get the Process Concluded Correctly.

 

I’ve been unnecessarily interrupted and harmed too many times

 by Jeffrey Funk and friends.

REASONS, FOR COURT

 And literally and subsequently again 10/29/14, while SPECIFICALLY ADRESSING COURT

On exact TOPIC

of answering Jeffrey Funk’s elective Documents

and Witnesses

(said Neighbors (and more))

 that he filed

 I believe with intent to harm.

 

Jeffrey Funk’s “closest friend’s husband

again ignores my civil pleas that come with good reason and need.

 

I am

SEVERLY INTERUPTED ON PURPOSE

When said neighbor and house hold has gained prior knowledge, continue to be disgruntle and disrupting myself and my business.

(AGAIN)

• Ironically, this time my business is literally with the Court’s about this full circle topic.

• And that is my business I have to attend to.

 

Therefore, for me the Intensity and Demand level

has increased

 to Conclude with

the Issues that have

been Compromising me.

And now as will also be seen in detail the events that happened,  less than 48 hour before Court Hearing

regarding these (full circle ON-GOING) matters, 

(see details in my reply to Mr. Funk’s paragraph seven, six, five and two).

 

In order for me to have proper closure

I believe I need to take care.

Opposite of JEFF FUNK & neighbors + ACTIONS toward me

REASONS, I am here.

Answer Jeff Baird Funk and Elective Witnesses Elective sidetracking topics unrelated or totally irrelevant from current day concern and non hostile reasoning’s for filing TDR#0000666.

Because I am having SEVERE- HARMFUL- ON--GOING - ISSUES –RESULTIN IN DAMAGES

With Passive Aggressive Bullies and un-neighborly friends of Jeff. 

I felt need to continue to ANSWER the documents, and continue due diligence to eradicate these problems, properly.
