I was in line at the PO when Jeff Funk sees me and comes and stands in line directly behind me.  
I was very unnerved.  I pulled my phone out and as discretely as I could took a photo record of the encounter.  When I took my camera out, Jeff back off from breathing down my neck and appeared to be reading something.

I am startled and unnerved at the presence of Jeff Funk.  And now I am sure it is him.  I assess what I should do:
fight or flight(?).
I needed to do my errand at the PO.  I was leaving the next day to Minnesota.

Jeff Funk is disturbing to me!

Aggressive, Abusive, Liar!  Who plays unfair!!!

Claims he needs help from the State to have me stay away.. Yet e comes across from my house daily.  Stands right behind me in Public places.

Jeffrey Baird Funk is also a fucking mooch!

Jeff Funk bull shited his way and used me to even get a Nevada PO box. 
 
Jeff Funk has never held a Nevada residence. &/or business.

At home after the PO encounter,  Jeff Funk was already on my residential street across from my property  (at Nulifar Smith's (as usual)) when I drove up to park at my own home.

 same vehicle-same neighbors parking as usual when Jeff funk (when he comes to my street).
