A Music Festival-
Demonstrates- Jeffrey Funk, Electively Coming to me, Jeff Funk (non- authority) irrationally Insisting I leave (work & recreation) common area, Slight of full& Inconsistent Story, Prior knowledge (circumstances: camping, job tasks, friends, etc..). Jeff agitated me just days earlier (as he was electively near my residence (my ‘days new’ neighbors- his closest friend& husband)), he agitated me three times at this festival event with intent to Harm, Manipulative Tactics, No Moral Regard, Threats- Terminology (ie. prior knowledge), Exaggerations, Plausible Intoxication, Righteousness, Bullying, Carin (always Carin), Inconstancies, Untruth, Hostile and Irrational Judgment, Severity, first real Public Display, Compromising Safety & Compromising Wellbeing (in and among work & recreational area), Publically Ignoring- Public (and familiar) Pleas ((in and among work & recreational area) and maybe more….
First sentence-
I object-
Jeffrey Funk was not working at a music festival, he was volunteering and he angrily approached me (more than once).
I will compromise and say Jeff may have had random (non skilled &/or bodily -or- life threatening) job tasks.
Compromise and Clarification, we encountered each other more than three times-
One of which, we were on common area; to be specific a steep grated dirt campground road, where Mr. Jeff Funk was walking downhill with some and I was walking uphill with someone.
Both myself ((vs) for a specific and specialized, skilled job task prep & break down, followed by two days of (pro per) Performances)-
{Notice--- Dirt Road behind Nissan, I was standing just near behind the truck taking the picture of my Crew working our station. This area is later referred as Contention I, I was at my station.}
Also Notable our station takes about a week prior to show time to detail. These people are professionally trained, Rigger Engineer on Chairlifts (at Mammoth and North Star (also ex military) other Arborist & Forester, both great friends (working the festival with me – annually (not first time))
And these various other/person/friend were also there for job tasks at the festival.
I did not make eye contact with Jeff, I would have walked straight on by him as I talked to my friend had Jeff not verbally attacked and scared the two of us. (see description of event below)
Sentence Two – {WARNING-----BIG RED FLAG}!!!!!***
Agree- extremely slighted -
Mr. Funk yelled and screamed as spit ‘flew everywhere, while he was at it. All the while, Jeff’s scary threatening self, {HARM}---- was standing (already he’s approx 6’3)
uphill of my friend and myself, which intensified his appearance and threat factor more intimidation.
Further, and very plausible he could have been drinking &/or more,
I and extra fearful {HARM}
sense that I have experienced before, knowing he liked to stir up drama
(as JF's witness Carin Broughton describes to the Court about me in her elective declaration paragraph five sentence three). {HARM}) or worse;
Now this situation with Jeffrey has gotten very unpredictable and nervous!
As Jeff was showing to me, to be a Loose Cannon.
All the while Mr. Funk is bolstering with insult after insult and defaming me – screaming false accusations about his manipulative delusional views at that moment that seem fit for him to yell.
He specifically, aggressively, loudly and falsely accused about his continuous claim re:
(preventable by him -vs- accidental by me scenario of being on Fox Street. However, Mr. Funk neglected to add, was he (as in Jeff)
himself called the police off --- (paragraph five - Jeff Funk's misleading information & my reply)
resulting because he realized he lied.
Thus nullifying story and proving no severity.
He and his righteous banter however still continue to current day and slander and actions are insulting!!!. (see also DV-120 Funk’s response paragraph, one, four, six and my replies).

I’m at my house, where my cars are parked in the dirt lot across from my steep graded driveway. I’m home minding my own business as a matter of fact I’m doing business:
community trade that week, as you can see one of my helpers sits on the tail tailgate of my truck. My home work community felt that I was anxious and uncomfortable. Why does Jeff have to come around? Why can’t he just leave, well enough alone.
So for the next random few days surrounding I get even less reprieve “welcome new neighbors friends of Jeff’s}.
I work from home, thus necessitating a continuous non-interrupted day and night. I also one of my two Cabins for Vacation Renter, who MOST Specifically SEEK OUT this Property – purposely advertised for view and serenity.
will bring my Log of visitors notes and guest book if Court deems necessary,
for said REASONS and more , I have had complaints made to me regarding these new neighbors. And I have compllaints of my own regarding Jeffrey Funk volunteering his efforts to finds these unneighblorly people a home next to mine and my long time neighbors!
I’m not working one project it may be another, I have another licensed business I run out of my home (had office in town 17 years and closed directly related from Financial decision (due to Turmoil from Jeffrey Funk, leaving- without adequate preperations for his soon to be expartner to get up on her feet) . My clients, my workers, property owners and I are offended by the neighbors lack or moral regard of common respect.
I am not tolerant of any more unnecessary interruptions- these people (prompted by JF) give me). especially after lots of RE-ASSESSMENTS and AND GOOD REASON.

This apprehension and break in concentration is a crucial disadvantage to my specialized job related task! {WARNING----BIG RED FLAG}!!!!

I head to Cisco Grove camp Ground to do some mid-preparations for my (technical) station.
As I got to the camp ground I became very sullen & disappointed in the over all situation,

Shortly into mid-set up - Jeffrey Funk and unknown friend, walk by and he can’t help himself but start to want to antagonize me {HARM},
before he could finish I interrupted him and gestured to kindly pick up my crate & put in bed of truck. Upon doing that I said thank you. Your welcome he replied. I said, conveniently moving in, my ‘newest’ neighbors eh’? I sure did miss you when I needed help. Would have been nice to have had your help on my moving day- {old HARM }
Jeff got high toned near excited, your moving?
No, when I moved out of my office.
He said condescending, {HARM}
Like three years ago- {old HARM (he motorcycle riding instead– moral disrespect}
I said yeah & like three days ago {HARM}
when your helping friends of who knows move- but couldn’t help me (ever) when I (really) needed you.

I just walked away in frustration.
After a few hours I had overcome the various obstacles physically & literally.
(Ex: move station few feet, clean debris, rake, ground cover, storage area, climb, clip & lock, rehearsal, check In/Out, find where camp stop is, See if anything else...).
Right about the time,
where I was dirty, tired, done with rehearsal
and looking for the main event contractors with my final business,
I see Jeffrey Funk and his friend again.

Jeffrey Funk and his friend are walking down the same path.
I put my head down and did not desire to make any commentary or eye contact.
At that same moment, he barked at me, startling both of us - {HARM}
“We’re going to get a restraining order on you, Jessica!” He Yells, more than once! -{HARM}
What where you doing stalking around my house?- {HARM x many}
I’m shocked - {HARM}
& clearly, so is Leham, (I at least knew who he was therefore had inherent warning to where Lehem is unsuspecting- totally!!! {HARM}

I firmly said to him, “let’s start right there,

I tried to walk away –

until I answered. I yelled at him, it was a bear! A Bear?!
Leham is looking very distort and very confused, concerned , embarrassed , etc….{HARM}
Jeff laughed! And denied hearing the real story as he kept bantering about he had to to this & he had to do that…
I was sooo angered--- He wouldn’t even listen!!!!!!!!! {HARM}
I made a break for it

They asked a few questions: why is he here? I do not know, I told them, assuming volunteering for a free admittance. He looked pretty clean to me.
Because I felt the decompression from the threats; I did address to them, in a confirming manor; I was minding my own business, Leham woudn’t have even know I knew the guy; had he not attacked. I was here for my job. I’m dirty, tired & done with my set up tasks.
And now done—can’t stay here. He is too hotheaded! I need to go home give him his play ground and shake this off. {HARM}

I needed to now find the event coordinators and find out last logistics so I could know I was clear with my job ((and leave if need). Ex: confirmation on- Signing In/Out, Camping Stop, any thing I missed)
because I felt extra over exerted after Jeff’s intended aggressions toward me .Both here at the camp and back dated at “my ‘newest’ neighbors house.
I felt compelled to leave for I did not want any more harassments from Jeff myself.

Second I felt relief that he was at this festival/playground for the calendared dates, which meant he wouldn’t be near my home location.
{To be proven relentless later—Carin (always girlfriend Carin) shows up with her elective negligent dog issues to the neighbors days after this cam event- and every day Jeff after that—hence reason in Court TDR #0000666.
ALTERCASION II: {WARNING--- RED FLAG}!!!! {HARM}.
I walked to Management (the main artist check in booth) again to see if one of the co-coordinators was back, at that time I had the lucky run in with Jeff & his friend again, they were just sitting on the back of a tailgate.
My blood boiled to think of there carelessness and intentional cruelty, as to I was so embarrassed of them and I was so insulted by them.{HARM x many}.
I just looked away and walked away, continuing down the road as I did, I head the voices of the people I was looking for.
They welcomed and waved me in as I approached.
Adjoining in after the finally of their group meeting,
I quickly told Brent Dana (Event Coordinator) that Jeffrey Funk & I just had a blow up and hopefully it was over now,
As this was discussed right in front of Jeff and his friend. Jeff acknowledged Brent’s body language of dis- approval and quickly agreed- no more problems.

It was time to see their costumes and help them to relax.
And finalize anything- now is time- with them for a minute before show time.
I (We- aerial crew and private photographer) have need (personal (light injury & business)- head to the mutual camp.
And just as I see Jeffrey Funk, he and a friend Ryan Simpson were walking together (away from mutual camp).
Relieved, an in need of rest, as I asked the girls if I could sit (on a cooler)-
as I waited to see their fashion show for me.
Ryan Simpson ( a middle-school friend of mine and has also has his altercations regarding he & Funk. As a matter of good probable story, Mr.Funk even has left Simpson, in Mexico in jail once. Long story longer- They are contenders. They have fist fought down a snowy Mt. when snowmaking once. None-the less, Ryan Simpson was a witness –

So, as I go to break for a minute and sit on the cooler,

All the while this probably could have been prevented if he had given me a little respect and courtesy and earnestly listened to me when he first demanded his answer. In addition Jeffrey Baird Funk upset the tranquility of things by way of I had a serious (life threatening skilled job to do-(which Jeffrey Funk had prior knowledge) (in addition no-one owns a campsite))) rude, threatening, false, inconsistent, erratic, antagonistic, abuse of legal procedure, threatening calling the police, specific terminology, slanderous comments and more…
Part two-
Jeff finishes and tells the court his continued thought, “…..because she (me /Jessica) is the reason I (Mr. Jeff Funk) have to lock my doors at night.”
For clarification,
Mr. Funk Lied. He’s trying to divert the attention to other subject matter.
Mr. Funk knows this was a non issue.
Mr. Funk knows this was an accident by me, that could have been prevented by him per he not liyng to me about my specific question on his where abouts.
Mr. Funk claims he “had to” call the police, FACT IS ‘he called them off too),
There was NO trespassing, nor trying to break into your car (or anything further for that matter).
This was isolated incident which resulted without necessity of a police report.
In my opinion he is hiding behind the screens of innocent unassuming friends proclaiming an untrue, one-sided, attempts (and successes) for justifying his aggressions, as in this scenario’s passive aggressive example.
Jeff is seriously disturbing to me, he repeats and continues to drastically embellish in his inaccurate various and slanderous story’s.
Jeff has exampled this to the court now several times. (DV 120 Funks response paragraph one, four, five and currently six).
Questions:
Did you know you are confusing (not talking about the same) incident at Guitarfish labeled in my restraining order?
Why did you threaten me on the gravel road?
Why did you threaten me at my girlfriends camp?
Why last sentence it has nothing to do with you near hitting me- (out of context) trying to confuse the issue at hand))?
