(mistaken for his property mate/Mike- disclosure - easlily done when I have never met most of JF's witness' (see also varations of thier stories to confirm)

Witness Mathew Smith:

 

His comments are pertaining to more related current events and specifically addressed in my response to paragraph seven in Mr. Funk’s response and more.

 

This witness for Mr. Funk comments steered away from the specific reason why we are in court, as he poses problems on numerous levels when near to me and my residence (no matter the excuse).

 

Insultingly, I’m glad he brought these comments to the table for discussion. 

Not here to dispute where/when Mathew Smith met Mr. Funk

but under duress

 

Paragraph One:

I will show we agree you are new neighbors to the neighborhood, verses mine being an established home for two decades. 

 

Shows Jeffrey Funk willingly and electively

(against my numerous civil requests and our numerous prior extreme disgruntle times.

Mr. Smith shows Mr. Funk is aiding in moving (yet another) out of town (unknown to) neighbor into this residential area (after he’s had known troubles for doing same). 

Shows we agree there is then contention. 

Shows Jeffrey Funk knows his surroundings.

(Shows they choose to face the other way--- (figurative and literally)

Shows they are unaware of their surroundings (new people, asked who I (neighbor) am, face the other way….)

 

Paragraph Two:

Shows Jeff came over again ((there was trouble) enlisting a bunch of moving excuses).

 

Also Mathew Smith shows there is no trouble in the two weeks Jeff was absentee.

 

Paragraph Three:

Mr. Smith’s testimony shows Mr. Funk came over even again, when was visiting the upstairs neighbor (there was trouble).

 

Mathew Smith’s third paragraph is particularly insulting per

In my opinion for a new person on this nice little street (see also witness wife Nulifar Smith) seems prompted/coached and embellish with ever so slowly encroaching on my real life facts (see Deputy McCleary/Helen Thompson).

 

If Funk needs to question my comments or objections, please Call this witness to court.

 

 

 

 

 

Questions:

Do you not think there has been another big wave of disturbance on our nice little street just since you’ve moved in?

Who drives (is that Mat Smith in)) the large big lifted loud truck with the handi-cap sign on rearview mirror?

Why is that person in & out all day- every day?

Why the intermittent loud Music?

 

What is the ailment, do to fact driver is showing to be perfectly capable from which neighbors can see?

What do you all of you do for a living?

Why did the guy with lifted truck try to start an argument with other neighbor’s construction worker?

How many dogs do you have over there?

What kind are you two main big ones?

You say you need security lights and cameras?

Should I talk to your landlord too?

How many adults live in your rental?

How many dogs in your rental?
