Witness John T Busby:

 

His comments are pertaining to (event 5/18/14).  

(Witness was not present nor comments about first ½ of this altercation to where then this was provoked.

Meanwhile could very conceivably have had knowledge however because birthday boy ((bully) (and witness (see Graham Vilkin declaration)) & Jeffrey Funk where on the phone discussing it)) --

Jeffrey Funk electively came to my residential area, for a party purpose. 

 

 

Witness clearly shows he is not fully with fact – as in his statement is describes the neighbor’s (*person he LIVES next to) child a Daughter.  In fact he is a Son, see also witness ((neighbor & father, Jeffrey Lauer) statement.

 

Questions:

Where you aware of the altercation just minutes before prompted by Jeff, directly infront of my home?

 

Speeding – interesting comment, per ironically I had minutes prior just been uncomfortably surprised & near hit by Jeff himself –car to car?

 

 

In my opinion, this witness comments seems prompted (& not related to Jeff raising his fist to me) in the more drastic current events.

This witness doesn’t even have his facts straight.  Possibly because he’s incorrect (which wow, daughter, when in fact son.

This feels to me fishing &/or staged for a diversion or subtlety to (flip scenario of real time story on me).    I saw Funk minutes earlier--- he was speeding up my street in-front of my house & near missed me (slighted of full story) see also witness (Graham Vilkin) testimony agrees. Bullying.

Lastly this has got to do with Jeffrey Funk’s anger increasing rather that subsiding and the request for a restraining order.
