This is also the guy who a year to the date we split up he moved an out of town girl on my street to share a house with a known drug house (aka Holly's House)-
This is the guy who dared me to take a walk around my block (like I had been for approx 12 years) this time, he was going to call the police for trespassing and had admitted to searching for ways to try to get me in-trouble.

This is the guy I have been exhausted by and downsized my business, rearranged my living situation, sold my car, bought a less expensive on (to ship to my new location- however in route was embezzled/ later to catch one of America's most Wanted).

This is the guy who lied to me about his location of his residence (so I could avoid him). Due to small town and odds, I did happen chance on him in time and this could have been prevented if he did not lie. Then he uses this incident/accident to claim wrong claims.

This is the guy who has chased me out of a campground (also when I was welcomed, wanted, needed, expected, counted on, etc...as a partial founder & performing artist. I left the site because Jeff assaulted me twice and was behaving like a loose cannon.

This is the guy who approx three days later is outside of my property (very similar to current day photo) when he go irate and took a large stride step at me with a closed fist and swung at my face/head/jaw.
I felt his knuckles brush my cheek as I arched my upper body backwards to dodge the blow. With his follow thru step Jeff began to run to his car and speed away.

This is the guy I went to TC Court to request a protective Stay Away and commission Bahrke denied me.
Commissioner Bahrke not only denied but she wrote in TDR 670 Ruling, that Jeff was allowed to come even if caused Jessica duress.
This is the guy I have a stack of proof I called exhibits that was told to me to be destroyed in less time that I was legally allowed to file for an appeal.
This is the guy who I have already spent one year with a restraining order applied to me when I have caused Jeff no harm; I have not seen any proof, real (that have not been debunked) or formal complaints.

This is the guy in plain view- two days after a criminal trial was set because he called and turned me int o the state, for a message, (in perspective was about the desperation of my bottom line-that I am hurting-he is effecting me).

Halloween 2015
One year from the date of Trial 10/31/14 - see also ORDER (as stamped prior to Ruling 11/17/14 was stamped) .
I have been under the pressure of Jeff Funk coming near me and my property prior and wornse since.
I have been facing a criminal trial because Jeff turned in my mercy text to the state.
yet, Jeff himself requested state support for us to be away from each other and he comes near my property regulary and with conviction.
Jeff is right at the neighbors, in plain audio and visual of outside my masterbedroom almost daily.
