JF's elective witness - Morgan Vilkin- 

 

MS. SWEDELIUS REPLY TO- MR. FUNK’S DV- 120 Response – REASONS, I DO NOT AGREE-

Witness Morgan Vilkin:

Witness Morgan Vilkin was not present at the incidents of Jeff near hitting me.

Her comments are pertaining to (event 5/18/14). 

 

Also she establishes Mr. Funk & her Husband on his birthday.

 Showing social agenda & electively attending a party type environment. 

 

I gave time enough for Morgan to have all the facts since, there is a full story to this and his other witnesses have merely told second half of the altercation per that’s all they did witness (expect husband and witness (Graham Vilkin)).

In my opinion, with all prior knowledge to past issues and that their irrational better halves are taunting, hope they would care (if not even for me just better community).

This witness is also clearly states they (she and Carin Broughton) are not interested in my civil request for help.

 

At bottom Witness expresses few times we do randomly see each other we (she & I) have cordial interactions.

 

If Funk needs to question my comments or objections, please Call witness to court.

Questions:

 

Have you (&/or your husband) been to my house before- as also under Mr. Funk’s prior residence?

Have you witnessed or learned  or know about other inappropriate scenario’s that involve Jeff, Your Husband Graham, myself?

Why didn’t you address this, when I came to you for help?
