The trouble neighbor is one who actually approaches- I've even called the police bc he stormed my house after a diff neighbor called 911. They walk by my front property line sometimes; multiple times daily. I do not approach. I did not lie to anyone let alone a deputy, please subpoena, if need be.
I have documented much harassment from John McDermott (loud/problem/airblower/ trouble neighbor, etc...) since from the beginning of time he moved in.- --- YES, this is the scene where my Ex- bully Jeff Funk, swung his fist at me & I tried to file a TDR. --- Did John McDermott write, that John Turner was there when I kidnapped?9 Wow amazing fabrication of lies and claims - Because, How could that be- I was out with my tenant)?!!!!! see Swedelius' Witness page

John Michael (Mike) McDermott,
plays handicap: sign in his lifted out truck, walks with a cane a various occasions however is very handicaple too, takes the tires on & off his truck, under the hood regularly- other cars too, runs lots of power tools but especially enjoys his airblowing the driveway & Jeff's vehicle.
John McDermott is 'the guy' who, when Jeff pulled up on his motorcycle/(came to my residential area- unbeknownst to me (as he does)- all the while puting me in much risk/jepordy )
was simulatnously airblowing and turned, yelled "there she is, right there" to Jeff at me while I was minding my own business walking to Lucinda's (between our properties) for breakfast. All the while he actually instigated much of that and was in cahoots with Jeff Funk on provoking and harassing me.

That is same day/ guy with Jeff who I couldn't take any more of their trouble - and texted my Ex, he won, stop, your effecting me & my businesses. - later he called the police, I was then awaiting that trial, when my family thankfully found Attorney John Ward. (rest is current events).

Just prior to Sheriff serving me with papers; John McDermott's loud, lifted truck sped from one side of my property to the other, pulled in to a turn around space to eel out and reve his engine while blaring by to stop, just at the next house down (his)- (intentional blaze by & peel out in front of my house)- I did tell that to Sheriff Jud Ruiz. He said to document and to film it, video would be best on an action thing like that- stuff like that can be especially dangerous if, I there were animals &/or kids around). Which I will have both over Christmas (tenants) and more in future.
This is the guy who has frightened me so much - already in the past, I called the Police , Sheriff Allyson Prero came out after John Michael McDemott (Mike) stormed the front of my house,
following the neighbors (Swedelius' Witness Peter Fairley) also called the police re this household/dogs.
This is the same problem guy I have documented many times as being a problem &/or trouble- see throughout.
