On 10/8/14, Then and only then did Mr. Funk decide to file a restraining order on Ms. Swedelius.
Mr. Funk had the nerve to ask
(the Judge sitting in for Commissioner Trilla Bahrke while she was away),
Juge Ross (more than once), if he (jeff) could come to Swedelius' neighbors house? Judge Ross, said no. Judge Ross asked, If Funk understood the question he was asking- and
how Funk's visting Swedelius' (problem) neighbors (see The Police page) house is opposite of what the TDR is asking for.
