1/16/2016, Approx 3PM- McDermott regularly works under the hood of his loud truck (see McDermott in plaid shirt).
1/17/2016, Approx 3PM - McDermott was walking his dogs off leashes- infront of my house-property.
{untimingly Jeff Funk arrives shortly after, sending me into a medium depression state- because the reality of my Martin Luther King holiday sunday was recluse, unnerving and constatly balancing an extreme/unncessary/ongoing...enegry drain from with heightend awareness {for good reason (good neighbors are absentee) and I was (again) surrounded by serious liars & aggressors (to me):

Questions/Comments:
Mr. McDermott (and Jeff Funk) appear to act above the law:
Mr. McDermott ignores the temporary Stay Away Order by snow blowing Lucinda Giovanni's (across street from his home and right up to mine.
Mr. McDermott walks feet from my home.
Mr. McDermott ignores the leash law.
*Will the Private Investigators Report be in Mr. McDermott's case file with a copy to Mr. McDermott? - and if so, that could give Jeff Funk knowledge that we have hired a PI- wonder if Mr. Funk would/could hide/rid any potentially helpful information for my case regarding Jeff Funk?
1/19/2016, 1: 30 Tahoe City (TC) COURT.
Mr. McDermott verbally butted in a few times when there was other conversation;, ex:,
the Judge was talking to the Attorneys about windshield fluid and alcohol with water, Mr. McDermott jumped in and said he washes his eye glasses...
Mr.McDermott walked in with a companion who claimed he maybe, didn't quite see (had a twist of had exhibit he fashioned for the judge). In my opinion this person McDermott brought to court was an embarrassment for McDermott's case and actually a benefit to mine to show how immature and ridiculous these guys stories are and how far they will stretch to get what they want.
Right away McDermott started talking about Funk & Nulifar.
Then he mentioned shoveling Dec 25th (Christmas) my neighbors Joe (retired police) & Laura stayed in my cabin.
No video taping. EVER!
No yelling w/ Uncle.
I can look at my log for Exact times & dates, etc... when shoveling. IF 25th?
Why is McDermott coming next door if he wants to have a STAY AWAY?
He is full of EXCUSES!

McDermott says he is in FULL Compliance:

I apologized twice.
McDermott had a cane for a crutch, he commented about his hip and that's why he needs the air-blower.... Yet, McDermott describes his need to work on his brakes.

Also, McDermott did not walk with his cane when he was back at home after court and/or the next day.
In fact, Mr. McDermott was still blaring the music in his loud truck, but was appearing more mindful to turn off the music immediately upon entering/exiting his truck.

I wish I would have pointed out: (I have my suspicions about attorney John Ward (but a diff topic).
* Why did McDermott walk out of Court last hearing? (to make up more stories, grab a witness...)?
* The idea that this street is not a mechanic garage (with noise to suit): Car In/Out, loud cars, revving engines, power tools, music, yelling to other car patrons over their music...etc...
* We used all of our witness statements. What about Funk's case?-can we still use statements pertaining to him?
