Funk & Broughton vs Swedelius

 

This ORDER was never supplied to Ms. Swedelius neither from Mr. Funk, Ms. Broughton or the TC Superior Court,

until late Sept 2015 (when Funk called re: my text).

 

I had been to the TC Court House myself until late January 2015, awaiting to see a copy in my file because one was never mailed or served to me.  I have two Witnesses to attest that this was disgussed in January of 2015:  David Rerber and Jay Eisen, Esq.

 

I find it odd that Commissioner Bahrke, made her RULING so quickly - (dated same day as out Trial)- as all other documents:

TDR #000666: RULING , ORDER, NOTICE TO DESTROY EXHIBITS
and last but not least 
TDR #000670 RULING
are dated November 14 - 17th, 2014.  

Jeff Funk doesn't behave like someone who is needing a legal protective order.  He was at my neigbors on his motorcycle twice since he called the police (hence claiming I am a threat to him (h'e scared, intimidated, etc...all those things that he feels needs legal assistance but comes next door to me --no problem/ elevtively/willing/anxious/determined.
