The RULING was stamped 11/14/14.

(after the ORDER was dated 10/31/14)

1). Commissioner Bahrke failed-never addresses my orignal concern Jeff Funk Swung his fist at me!!!

Example to commissioner Bahrke:  she ruled for him not me.  

2).  Which I have explained happened just (outside of my home wich boarders his friends/ (ie., reason to be near me).  

3).  There have never been any emails (these are texts).  Regardless, (please note*) commissioner Bahrke is saying she recognizes my texts. 

4). Commissioner herself says my most serious violation was when I came  by his home-

all the while she appears to be turning unjust truth to  punishment on me  when she clearly states  I was prowling.  There was no milicous prowling, in fact I had white dress clothes on from a wedding and a camera in hand.  Jeff Funk initialted this issolated innodent proven to be an accident as such that commissioner Bahrke follwed suit to not clearly understand the Sheriff's findings as to this was not  an intentional issue nor was there any harm or problem.  Most disturbing and most valuable is  that commissioner Bahrke disregarded was that Jeff Funk lied to me thus proving he could have even prevented the issolated innident.  

(Example of much of Jeff Funk's behavior,  instead of defusing the inncident he decided to lie &/or exacerbate things, by having Broughton call the police.   The police agreed with all I had to say. therefore debunking that this was an intentionally caused problem by me). 

Plus another Example to commissioner Bahrke:  she ruled for him not me.  

5).  Yes, to commissioner Jeff Funk comes near me, in fact he himself comes almost daily (multipul times in a day) and when he does he violates the STAY AWAY ORDER for me when I am at my own proerty!

6).  I have plently of friends who live on his street (and it is a major thru way (which my street is not).

7).  Yes, he makes rude gestures.  

Example to commissioner Bahrke:  she ruled for him not me.  (Is this what she has to ruin my life on?!)

8).  Commissioner Bahrke, the tesimony reveals facts that the respondent (me) was....

Wow,

The real fact is all of those supposed witness statements where conflicting even to themselves- (therefore also debunked),

AND commissioner Bahrke GAVE ME A NOTICE WITH INTENT TO DESTROY MY OTHER EXHIBITS RE: REPLY TO TDR 670

BEFORE I WAS ALLOWED MY TIME FOR AN APPEAL!

(no wonder at the end of the Ruling you wrote something as off as taking away my ammenments- I do not have the right to record (trouble when near me).

So, back to the testimony reveals facts...WHY DID commissioner Bahrke not address texts from Jeff Funk to myself or my brother?  Commissioner Bahrke (above) has clearly stated how she is not for the communications and has punished me severly regarding not severe messages.

However, Jeff Funk's text messages of thrests to myself and to my brother have gone unjustly noticed!

9). Unbelievable tht Bahrke would willingly allow me to live under such suppressiona and tremulutous cercumstances.

I have supplied much proof and true reason for my request from the state for a stay away.  I originally requested 50 yards.  

I was in the end denied. 

And not even a mutual order was given. But instead...

10).  I lived in another few years of unncessary fear & anxiety that could have been prevented.  Also I believe there is much abusive legal procedure from both Jeff Funk (he does not hold merit for qualifying for a State assisted Stay Away and has  been able to use the System to inflict further harm at his convience (he was busy that day...). 

And need I say more (see throughout) about our presiding appointed commissioner Trilla Bahrke.

Had not seen a copy of the ORDER (How ever future tells us commissioner Bahrke already made her ORDER (on the date of the Hearing 10/31/14- but fails to give Swedelius a copy until a year later).  In addition, The Order was granted without signatures from Funk &/or Broughton.  Broughton soon moved out of town... Swedelius pleas for more leaving her along but she is tried for a criminal instead....
