Jeff Funk is back 

- on Park Lane-

Jeff Funk had been absentee from January 17th until March 8th.

 

3/8/16, approx 3:45PM Jeff Funk appears in view at my (trouble) neighbors, he leaves approx 5:45PM.

 

3/9/16, approx 5:40PM Jeff Funk again appears in plain view, Funk stays for about 15-20 minutes.     Meanwhile,  McDermott (who is attempting to appear to be working on his truck: McDermott walks                          around his truck a lot, also walks his dogs around, starts and stops the engine while playing music                             but doesn not appear to fix anything long term, otherwise I would imagine the hood would stay closed)  Funk says ok dude and they say see ya to each other, as Funk leaves.

 

3/14/16, approx 7PM Jeff Funk was parked in 205/207 Park Lane driveway facing south (out bound) Park Lane;  (this to me is unnerving because the positioning of the vehicles suggests that Jeff Funk drive past my house in order to turn his vehicle to park facing (south) the out bound direction.

 

 

3/31/16, approx 4PM- into late PM/next AM, Jeff Funk was at Nulifar Smith's Persian Party.  (see my details re that evening under Trouble Neighbors & Visitors).

 

 

4/1/16, approx 6:45PM, Jeff Funk drives into Nulifar's driveway as I am hanging my river rafting clothes out on the baconcy railing to dry.  I stayed inside until the immediate shock to go away (1/2 hr); then I tended to my wet clothes again.  Jeff Funk's car started and that startled me again becasue he must have just gottten to his car before I came back outside and he watched me on my balcony for a few minutes before he started his car and Nulifar came outside, got in Funk's vehicle he just started and then they drove away.  

 

4/2/16, approx 4PM, Jeff Funk is loading items into the back of Nulifar's car, at this moment I did not have confirmation who it was, his hair looked darker and he was moving.  It was when he was facing the lake I read the back of his jersey, FUNK.  I was thrown off gaurd and flustered that I was also working around my property and unbeknownst to me (his car was not here) my aggressor, Jeff Funk was extremely close to me (while I am at my own property)!  I did not have my camera near me either, I feel more vonerailbe with my safety and record than ever plus Jeff Funk violates his own TDR, by way of my distance restriction to be away from him however he approaches and I am unprotected. (much of the time Funk & friends are under the influence; that in itself adds for a greater fear and preparedness). 

 

4/4/16, approx 4:45PM, Jeff Funk pulls up to the neighbors house, in plain site. 

 

4/9/16, approx 9:40PM, Jeff Funk's vehicle is present when I hear the neighbors dog's barking (as when Nulifar Smith's guests where entering &/or leaving).

 

4/12/16, approx 8:30PM, Jeff Funk's car is parked across the street from my residence yet again as i need to go by it in the dark (on way to & from the grocery store).

 

4/13/16, approx 4:40PM, Jeff Funk arrives to 205/207 Park Lane.  

 

{[Jessica has been out of town from 4/16/16- 4/27/16, therefore has not been a witness to activity during these dates.  Upon return (only three (3) days) there has been no sighting of Jeff Funk up to this writing (on 5/2/16).]} 

 

(Always some kind of drama (with abuse of state help from this house); 

5/1/16, approx 12 noon, Mc Dermott however had the Ambulence and fire Trucks called over in meanwhile.}

I can see 205 & 207 road way front gate and people at their gate;

I can also see some peoples  heads (specifically bright color or tall) either start to go down to (205) Nulifar Smith or

go straight (207) Mr. McDermott's

on Park Lane

and

Jeff Funk walked down to Nulifar Smith's  (205 Park Lane).
