(& More). (over 17 calls to (911). Beaten by phone handle (still have scar on my lower back) from when he pulled it from me, while I tried calling for help.

He was convicted in State of California, county of Placer for 28 years without parol.
I first met Commissioner Bahrke because of the underlying cases stemming from a deadly, violent assault in 2000.
I was alone, in a new (fixer upper) cabin/home (only 4months) and a healthy productive 28 years old, I was.
Since then, I have spend 1/4 or more of my life being drug thru the Justice System
(for 8 consecutive years following the assault case, I got into the hands of some greedy, pushy attorneys and my case was lost in paperwork.

Multiple cases came about because I was too shell shocked to understand what was going on with paper filings (not my profession/study either), I was numbed out from being inindated with papers that had lost the merit of what my case was originally about. {[Details to come}].

I was visiting Reno doing errands when my purse was stolen.
I started then the process with the Reno police; simultaneously I cancelled my credit cards, checking account, had to wait and pay at the DMV for a new license on top of my cash being stolen.
In canceling my credit cards I learned where majority of the fraudulent activity was occurring it was at the Nugget and Sams Gas Station.
To add to the frustration was the fact I communicated first hand with the security department at the Nugget who was in cooperation to release their surveillance tapes of the actual machine my card had been used successfully countless times but the police did not follow that security lead.
Eventually we caught him.

I was trying to flee (my own home)- (Fight or Flight syndrom), from
my current day agressor Jeffrey Funk (approx 2010 - Current day).
This is a serious state of upset when someone gets to this point.

I had lost so much energy- I decided to close my business of 17 years in Incline. (downsized my business twice since then to day of this writing).
By now I have:
I had reasearch places to live.
Went to visit a few.
Decided to buy a used vehicle to ship to where ever I may decide to go.
Which led me to Criminal Brodrick Jackson, who stole my vehicle in transit. Fore, he was the transporter who was hired to ship my new to me tuck here from a car dealorship in Tennessee. My truck did not show up.
Needless so say, thru months of contacting various police & sheriff's throughout the USA, finally I got a hold of a local Deputy; Srgt Giovannini took my call, gave me the time! After he listened to me; he researched into a few things hmself. we put a nation wide APB out on my truck (driver). Later, we were communicating with the San Diego Auto Theft Task Force (SDATTF).
The SDATTF called, we (my local deputy sergent & myself) were happy we had our bad guy; now issuing warrent, searching his posessions and bring him into custody. He confessed to my where abouts of my truck along with six other vehichles. They were located and badly used (driven over the boarder from Texas - thru Mexico-to San Diego) at an auto auction yard in (outside of Dallas) Texas.
Ironically, I was buying htis truck to get away from my current day agressor Jeffrey Funk, the day the truck was deliverd to me was March 22, which is ironinally his birthday.
I have been recently contacted by the San Diego DA's office (they lost my file - and found it & me). We shared documents of my DAMAGES of mechanic bills. Later, they called with the updates of Trail history reports. He plead guilty. The financial damges of my mechanic bills went into his resititution file. Which, I believe means he will not be released from his probation without paying his Fine to me (approx $3K).

2010- Current Day - Jeff Funk, doesn't behave like someone who is needing a legal protective order. He was at my neigbors on his motorcycle twice since he called the police (meaning, claiming I am a threat to him (he is scared, intimidated, etc...all those things that he feels needs legal assistance but comes next door to me --no problem/ elevtively/willing/anxious/determined.
Unethical-. Jeffrey Funk approx 2010-current day:
iJeffrey Funk has prior professional & personal knowledge re Swedelius.
He later is successfully has been negatively effecting myself and my loved ones.
He IS costing me money, he my time, my sence of well being and my primary place of income.
He is creating elective stress. He does not had a need to be here, only a desire.
Jeff Funk doesn't behave like someone who is needing a legal protective order.
In fact, I believe it to be true that he is so opposite of being scared of me; he wants to show me he's not scared of me (this is passive aggressive and subliminally cruel) by calling the police he claims he has concern, etc.. (where is the threat &), he was here daily if not multiple times since, he claimed he's needing protective order.So he's playing the Court that he is a scared.But playing me that he is not scared of me; he's daring me to (simply be myself and live freely in my established space) that I should and need to be (he does not need to be here, it is desire for him). And he has admitted he will not stop. (See Exhibit Text Messages A-K, correspondence between Funk & David (brother) Swedelius.

The phone, which I used to contact all entities that conducted investigation.
A text message or email is probilbly the least amount of physical contact between parties, to any user, universally-
also great for record keeping.
I have nothing to hide.
Ironically I've been somewhat forced to hide myself because of my Dissolsion of my TDR and one granted.

The phone once saved my life. Now for only reasons of coming (to the TC Court) for Help with another bad person for me, I am being severly punished (for asking and being trumped by my agressor - being denied my reply to my agressor (see DV 130 ORDER 670).
For giving in to my agressor- He won/text message.-
